Incubation Space

At the last count there were more than 250 business incubators and spaces across the UK thought to be supporting up to 10,000 businesses.

Second Image

So, what is a Business Incubator?

Originally developed over 50 years ago in New York, incubation space continues to play an important role in boosting growth and innovation here.

The use of incubation space is particularly useful to new ideas and ventures, in addition to the offer of FREE workspace it can also add huge credibility to your offer, provide access to shared services both on and off site and help develop special relationships in the formative years of any new business which can ultimately have a tremendous and lasting impact in your first few years of trading.

For start-ups looking to scaleup or secure funding, incubation space can prove an ideal facility as many of those around you will have gone through the same process themselves. They’ll know how to “Make it Happen” and understand closely the likely challenges involved that will now be facing you.
