Kat is a CIPD qualified HR professional, with strong generalist experience, covering the full employee life-cycle. She is experienced working with corporate organisations and SME’s across a number of sectors, working closely with their Directors to achieve their people goals.
She has experience of leading and developing HR Advisers and HR Administrators, ensuring that best practice methods are used consistently and the business operates within the ever-changing requirements of Employment Law.
Kat’s experience includes Sales Management, where she managed and developed highly successful teams, selling and retaining products in a results driven environment promoting “sales through service” techniques. She then moved onto the role of Campaign HR Support Manager, providing day-to-day support in a Contact Centre, based over 2 sites.
Her next role was a Regional HR Specialist, providing HR Generalist support on a multi-site basis to Managers across the division; around all HR issues. Kat then progressed to the role of National HR Manager, reporting into the Director and latterly a HR Principal, working with a number of SME businesses across many sectors.
