ScaleUp 360 Programme Business Contact Privacy Notice

ScaleUp 360 is a three-year ERDF funded project supporting businesses and entrepreneurs from across the Sheffield City Region to scale their business ventures.

Sheffield Hallam University are the lead partner in a consortium with Barnsley Business Village; Doncaster Chamber of Commerce and East Midlands Chamber of Commerce.

 

Introduction

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaced the Data Protection Act and governs the way that organisations use personal data. Personal data is information relating to an identifiable living individual.

Transparency is a key element of the GDPR and this Privacy Notice is designed to inform you:
  • how and why the University uses your personal data,
  • what your rights are under GDPR, and,
